Dates
Friday, September 3 - Monday, September 6, 2021
Meals
A meal ticket will be available for those who would like to eat on site. Continental-style breakfast is planned, along with hot beverages on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Cold cuts and other sandwiches and fruit will be offered for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. A buffet style dinner will be served on Saturday and Sunday with a couple of main course options. The meal ticket will cost $30/person 5 years and older.
Accommodations
Cabins: (16-17) cabins, sleeping from 2 to 8 people each, ranging in price from $45 to $75/cabin/night, all with bathrooms, some with kitchens
Dormitories: Two dormitories sleeping 60 each ($45/person age 4 and older/weekend)
Tent/RV: Bring your own tent ($20/night) or RV ($30/night). Full electrical, water and sewer hook-ups are included.
Hotel: Off-site hotel reservations are on your own
Bring your own linens, towels, Bible and notebooks, highchairs, cribs, warm and rain clothing and desired sports equipment. We also request that each family bring a snack and drink to share during our fellowship time in the evenings. Dogs are welcome to stay in the camp owned cabins and camping area.
If you want to come and are unable to meet the financial costs we request that you allow the Lord to provide for you through the fellowship by noting your need.
Nursery/Toddlers
Nurseries will be provided for infants through children 4 years of age during the meeting times.
We appreciate parental participation and help, if needed, from others attending the conference.
Children
Classes and activities will be provided for children kindergarten through 6th grade during the meeting times.
Teachers, craft workers and helpers will be welcomed.
Sports Facilities
Pond (suitable for canoes and kayaks), outdoor and indoor basketball, sand volleyball court, baseball and soccer fields are available; bring your own equipment. The grounds also feature an outdoor playground.
